Warranty Coverage:

We warrant the "4WD" against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for three Months (90 Days) from the date of original retail purchase.
During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the 4WD we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) replace the 4WD with a new or refurbished 4WD that is equivalent to the 4WD to be replaced, or (ii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the 4WD.
